1. How to guarantee your after-sales service?
A: Strict inspection during production
Strictly check the products before shipment to ensure our packaging in good condition
Track and receive feedback from customer regularly
2. How about the quality of your product?
A: Our products are certified to ISO9001, TS16949 international quality standards. We have very strict Quality Control Systems.
3. What will you do for quality complaint ?
A: We will respond to customer within 24 hours.
Our QC will retest the same stock item, if confirmed it is quality problem, we will make corresponding compensation.
4. Can you help to ship the goods?
A: Yes. We can help to ship the goods through customer forwarder or our forwarder.
5. How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, within one week for stock items, about 30 days for new order items.
6. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T (deposit + balance before delivery). We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
7. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
