Zhengzhou Jingrui Automobile Leaf Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specializing in R&D and manufacture of auto leaf springs.
The plant is close to G4 (Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau)Expressway, G30 (Lianyungang-Khorgos) Expressway, which are the two great busy expressways in China and is only about 15 minutes’ driving way from our company to Zhengzhou airport (IATA Code: CGO) or Zhengzhou High-speed Passenger Railway Station or cargo railway station for Zhengzhou- Europe Rail Cargo Liner. The plant’s annual production capacity of leaf springs is 20000 tons of various categories. The company has been the only member in Chinese leaf springs manufacturers joining the Spring Research Institute (SRI) located in USA. The leaf springs of TRA series manufactured by our company have been exporting years to American countries including USA, Canada, Brazil, Germany,Russia, Korea and Japan etc.
The JRX series light-weighted tapered leaf springs developed by our company have achieved good evaluations/testimonials from such high-end special vehicle manufacturers in China as YUTONG Bus Co.,Yangzhou CIMC Tonghua Special Vehicles Co.,Ltd.,Zhumadian CIMC Huajun Vehicle Co.,Ltd. Our company has been appointed as the strategic cooperation supplier for high-end special vehicles by CIMC group.
Our company has been registered with ISO/TS 16949:2009 for quality management system. The product categories in our company include conventional springs, tapered springs, with 300+ part numbers. The company has been supplying with OEM springs to 50+ auto makers at home and abroad, and has been appointed as technical service supplier for suspension system by domestic luxury bus and truck manufacturers.

With advanced technologies of automation we have been adopting radio frequency data communication, sensing, scanning, signal transmission and others, we achieved the intelligentization, routinization and standardization in our production processess, which increase our production efficiency, and shorten the lead time.

It has developed and owned 13 patents in the field of leaf springs in China and being a member of the Suspension Committee of China Association of Automobile Manufactures (CAAM, www.caam.org.cn) , a member of China Heat Treatment Association and Henan Automobile Industry Association (www.hnqcxh.org).
